Brief Review: Any time you watch a Ram Gopal Varma movie you have got to feel a bit scared about the quality of the movie. Not sure how the same person can make Sarkar and RGV ki Sholay. :-)
Fortunately this movie is more in the direction of Sarkar than Sholay. However it does not reach the same level as Sarkar.
Its also nice that movies that dont run well in cinema houses are now coming on cable in about 2 months.
It tackles a nice subject of the media channels in India and how they hype up any news and the fierce competition between news channel to feature a story first.
Ritesh Deshmukh is maturing nicely as an actor. I feel he is filling the void left by Amol Palekar. Amitabh is good too but not given much scope here. The actor playing his son however is not that great.
Overall worth a watch.
