On Aug 15th, the senior indian parents who meet in the park organized themselves and made plans to do a parade in the park. They talked to their kids and grandkids and invited them to come. The result was a good crowd attendance. We had a nice parade around the park followed by speeches, songs, snacks brought by people and sports. It felt good to celebrate Aug 15th in a special manner.
All this was on a Friday and hence we had to leave post the speeches but the Indian Parents had lots of fun. I hope we maintain this tradition next year also. Jai Hind !!! |

Am starting to wonder is Partner really worth 1 out of 10 rating as Jeegs indicated. :-). I am curious to find out and hence will try to get hold of Partner soon.
As far as Ankita goes, she has confidence and has potential to be a good performer along with singer. Look at her dance as well as sing with Govinda. It takes confidence not to be overwhelmed by the moment. My bets are on her. (I can hear Leena going Tsskkkk).
