Based on our experience with this year’s Spring Picnic date, we decided to form a task force and pin down dates and venues till end of 2018 so that people can be prepared beforehand and keep the date free. This task force has been working day night for past 2 weeks and has booked all venues required for Spring Picnic, Camping and Diwali Parties all the way till end of 2018. Here is the list.
