The real party before the Diwali Party

As we all are getting ready for the mega event this Saturday….some thoughts I would like to share about our experiences in past 8-9 weeks before the Grand Finale.

Practice sessions are fun for kids and adults.

Helps build new relations and bonds.

Nivriti has made new friends and apparently has also started mingling with boys. Till now she just would not want to play with boys.

She looks forward for all the candies she will get after the practice if she does a good job.

It was very surprising to see her involvement and did not want to back out from her dance.

So these 8-9 weeks instilled a sense of responsibility and ownership even in kids. I think this is an achievement by itself.

It was a playdate every Sunday morning and thanks to the leads for taking wonderful care of our kids.

Hosting practices means the host needs to clean up and be available for those few hours.  Needs lots of commitment as sparing time from their own busy schedule is a big challenge.

The thought, the interest, the creativity and commitment put in by all just asks for a standing ovation for one and all.

Three cheers to all the  organizers, participants and of course the audience.

Looking forward to a Jagmagati Diwali!!!

  1. In this case the journey is a little bit more enjoyable then the actual destination. 🙂 . The journey is getting over and destination is getting near but hopefully the memories and friendships made will linger for a long time to come.

In that sense, the KBA Diwali Party is not just a 1 day event, but a 2 month long PARTY !! 😉

  2. Well said Sneha.. The practices are fun and goes down the memory…

All the Best to all the performers.

  3. And now it all ended well. Great performances by all.
Another well managed and well executed Diwali party.
