KV patshala snack and sponsorship

Most of us have been talking of hosting KV patshala snack and sponsorship in the month of Feb or Mar. Please send your response for the most convenient date from the dates below.
Feb 2, Feb 16 ( President’s day weekend), Mar 2 or Mar 30 th.

Lets get this discussion started.
Mar 16 th will not work , since there could be cha gau yatra event.

    Fine with March 2nd or 30th as SuperBowl is on Feb 2nd.

    Feb 2nd doesn’t work – early weeks of March will be busy with the Chau Gau yatra event.

    Just throwing out a idea here. Can we involve kids in someway? Some easy menu where they can help out before Pathshala from 9:00 am to 10:00am or may be involved in serving the food.
