First thoughts about the camping this weekend – kidz only?

Camping was fun. I liked the water the best. It was so warm. I got to play a lot. I played volley ball, soccer, dodge ball, base ball and uno attack. I got to play with the rocks. I did not like the campfire because it was burning my eyes. I liked to sleep in the tent. I had a lot of fun in the tent. I went cherry picking before going to the camp. I had lots of fun picking cherries. I am looking forward to my next camping trip.

dodge ball
On May 24, Sunday my family went camping in Del Valle Park. We left in the morning around 9:30. We did cherry picking before camping. It took us 1 hour to reach there. There were also plums and peaches. We picked lot of cherries. Then we went to the camp ground. After reaching camp ground, papa pitched our tent.There were lot of holes in the ground. In the holes, small creatures lived. I fell in one of those holes. We went to the lake. We built canals in the sand. We ate fajitas for dinner. After dinner we did camp fire. The next day we went to the lake to swim. The best part was swimming in the lake. 🙂
I enjoyed collecting stones st the lake the most!
On sunday 24th may we went to cherry picking first and then went for camping, there we did sleepover with few friends and some went home. In the morning i ate bagels in breakfast. After that we palyed for awhile as mom n dad were cleaning and removing the tent. Then we went to the lake. At the lake we played in water n later on sand and then we ate our lunch there with our friends. I had alot of fun at the camping.
On May 24, i went cherry picking before i went camping.In cherry picking,i picked red cherries and plums. I climbed up the trees to get high cherries. When i went to the plum area, I picked the redest plum that was so yummy. After i picked the plums, i went back to the cherry side and ate my subway sandwich with my mom. Then i went to my car and went to del valle park for camping. In camping, i got to do things like go to the lake, play with my scooter and eat things that make me strong. Me, Saahas, Rushab and Miloni played with the frisbi. I went into the lake so i can swim. When i was done swimming, i took a bath in cold shower. I went to the tent with my family. I played baseball with jaideep kaka, nitul kaka and gunjan mama. When we were done playing baseball, we ate fajitas. After some time we ate choclate cake. Every body gathered around the campfire because they were cold. Then it was night time and we had to go to sleep. The next morning i ate lots of bagels and milk. After that we packed up to go to the lake. I played uno attack with my friends Rushab, Aayush and Arshi. Then we went to the lake where i got to swim for a long time with my dad. The most best part i liked was going inside the lake to swim.
On May 24,2009 we went 2 Cherry picking at Bachinni Farm. The cherries were very sweet especially the dark red ones. Most the cherries I collected were plucked of the tree and popped into my mouth. We had loads of fun. Then we 8 over there. I had a delicious 6 in. subway as my lunch. Then we went 2 Del Valle Park 2 pitch our tents. Honestly I didn’t help my dad pitch our tent up b-coz it looked really really boring. Then we went 2 the lake. All the kids including me made waterways 4 the water 2 go down 2 the lake. Most of us also ddipped our feet into the water. Then we went 2 the campground and 8 dinner. Our dinner was fajitas. YUMMY!! Next,everyone sat around the campfire that Jaideep kaka had put up. All the adults sang old songs. My dad kept singing things like “Preetam aaan milo”. It was akwardish. Then it was small Miloni’s grandpa’s birthday;so we sang and got chocolate cake.Then at about 11:30 -12:00p.m., we went 2 bed. Our tent had airbeds. That was the best part of camping 4 me. The airbeds were so comfy. The next day 4 breakfast we had bagels and milk/tea. The we wrapped up our tents and went 2 the lake. But this time we went 2 the opposite side of the lake. It was a bit better there. We swam alot in the water. It was cold but once i got in, I got used 2 it. Then we had a picnic and had theplas. We were going 2 go on the boats but we did not have time since we had to come back home. I can’t wait 4 the next camping trip in June!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went for camping on the Memorial day weekend. It was very fun. The sad thing was that it was for only 1 day. Anyways, getting back on track. My family and I(except for Rushabh because he had a sleepover with Arya and went cherry picking but we did not) were the first ones there and but were the last ones to put up our tents. Probably because we had a pretty big tent. After all the tents were put up, we went to the lake. The water was strangely warm. We all stayed there for a bit and then left. Gunjan mama, Anjali didi, and I walked back and beat the van. Then we had fajitas for dinner. Finally, we had the campfire. Thankfully no one got hurt. I went to sleep a little early. That was probably the worst night ever because I was freezing like crazy. I think everyone was because I saw people in sweaters. I also think everyone woke up because of Bhavesh uncle singing “Jaggo mohan pyare.” For breakfast we had bagels, toast, white milk, chocolate milk, and tea. Then we went to the other side of the lake for swimming. It was much colder than the other side. Prerna and I were sooooooo surprised to see how the younger kids could bear that much coldness. After that we had lunch, played games and went home. I hope the next trip will be much funner and warmer.
