Kunjal,
Great that you tried it, now others can try this too. How about posting the entire recipe & proportions?
It will be useful to everyone.
Sure.
Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour
2 tbsp Flax seed powder
1 pack of active dry yeast
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp sugar
1-2 tbsp of all purpose flour for dusting while rolling pizzas.
Method:
Take 1 cup of warm water( not hot), add yeast and sugar. Wait until the yeast gets activated and water becomes foamy . Then add flour, oil, salt and knead the dough. Add extra water/flour if needed.
Put the dough in a big container and coat it with 1 tbsp oil. Cover the container using plastic wrap or a lid.
Keep the container in the oven & switch on the oven light. Let the dough rise for at least 45 mins.
You can make 2 pizzas from this dough.
Cut the dough into 2 equal pieces and you are ready to roll.
Our recipe is simple: Get fresh dough from Trader’s Joe 🙂
